… and bringing yours into being.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is becoming well-known for taking the emotional charge out of stressful situations. It can bring long-term relief to emotional and physical pain. People use EFT when they want to experience more peace, clarity, energy, and greater well-being.

Although tapping may be new to most people, it is also:

  • Easy to learn and do
  • Non-invasive
  • Fast
  • Astonishingly effective
  • Free: no subscriptions, no guru, no membership, no equipment
  • EFT feels good
  • Can be done anytime, anywhere
  • The EFT user is in control.
  • Works alone or in groups
  • Works when self-administered
  • Works in person or over Skype or phone
  • Often works when nothing else will

Choosing an EFT practitioner
For most people, it can take a while to apply EFT successfully on themselves. For this reason, initially it is best to work with an experienced practitioner. For those seeking deep, lasting results, it is well worth the investment.

Client feedback
“I love the results of tapping and Joni’s insightful way of helping me work my way through to deeper levels on an issue or even uncovering the real issue that needed to be tapped on was very helpful!”
~ Amy B.

Choose wisely. Select a practitioner that is experienced in using the official, gold-standard version of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) — a practitioner who can focus on your specific, unique issue(s). By insisting on the original version of EFT, you can avoid becoming frustrated and disappointed and you will be able to address root causes and achieve breakthroughs.

Let me introduce myself (see video on my home page).

Can I really help you?
I have had great success using EFT to resolve numerous issues for many types of clients. Usually people are quite surprised by the feelings that emerge during a session and how tapping brings relief so quickly. When you incorporate EFT into your life — using it to experience more peace, freedom and joy — you will see positive results. To experience your immediate shifts, schedule a complimentary session.

If you are not sure you are ready for a full session, schedule a 15-minute phone call with me so that we can discuss your specific issue(s). Of course, there is no charge for this call. Read about some of my clients’ experiences.

More about EFT
EFT or “tapping” is like acupuncture for the emotions. While focusing on a specific issue that bothers us, we tap with our fingers on meridian points in order to balance our energy system. As we do this, negative thoughts and emotions about a specific event are released, which results in a relaxation response as well as cognitive shifts.

Client feedback
“Despite a lifelong history with weight issues, I am now feeling more empowered to manage my weight after just a few tapping sessions.”
~ John B.
